Natural, inexpensive and works well
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon honey
1.Dissolve caynne and ginger in cider vinegar and water
2.add honey and shake well
Take one teaspoon for cough
This is a potent albeit watery syrup and it doesn't dissolve perfectly.
Always shake before using an this will keep in the fridge for months
Or Use these EASY INSTRUCTIONS
Equal amounts of
apple cider vinegar
Honey
Ginger
Cayenne
water
put in a jar, shake the hell out of it lol and take a teaspoon when needed.
