Easy Cobbler

 I found this online, tried it and loved it.  It is perfect for when guests drop over or you need  something easy and cheap to make quickly  and this does have the wow factor.

this is seriously the easiest dessert you can make and perfect for those times when you don't have time or you need something in a hurry

We get frozen berries on special all the time in the supermarkets so a large box on sale at Coles Murwillumbah costs less than $4.00 which makes this really good, You can also buy plain brand cake mix at Coles on the bottom shelf in the cake section  generally for anywhere from 89 cents to $1.20 and they have two flavours( vanilla and butter).

You will need

Pie dish
cake mix
frozen berries
can of soft drink (flavour of your choice)

1.Pour frozen berries into the pie dish or casserole  dish
2. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top of the berries (do not mix in)
3. pour can of soft drink over the top. (do not mix in)

4. place in oven for about 35 minutes

this is seriously the easiest dessert you can make and perfect for those times when you don't have time or you need something in a hurry and it is Yummy

If you buy canned fruit on special then it is fine to also use that but cooking time is less so keep your eye on it when it is in the oven and make sure you drain off the juice the fruit is preserved in
